In this workshop, students will explore the concepts of viscosity and density using liquids. Students will get to make unicorn and galaxy layered drinks using yoghurt, edible glitter, juices and chocolate as well as green juice. Using liquids of different densities allows for a multi-layered effect to be produced! Galaxy drinks also change colour from blue to purple with a little squeeze of lemon sourness – kids will get to learn about pH and indicators using both pH papers and edible drinks.
Only non-caffeinated ingredients and natural sweeteners such as dates and honey will be used in these drinks, and the drinks are vegetarian suitable. Fresh fruit and veggies will also be on hand so your child can get to try out delicious fruit and veg combinations.
(If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know during signup.)
